If you are not used to internet shopping you may prefer to send a cheque.

The cheque should be made payable to the charity that you wish to donate to. Please write your friends details on the back of the cheque and the date of the event. Your friend or family member will have given you a slip. Please make sure to return this with your cheque to:

If you want to gift aid the cheque donation please enclose your name, address, postcode, and the following declaration:

I am a UK tax payer and would like (name of Charity) to reclaim all the tax on all of the donations I have made since 6th April 2000 and any future donations I may make.
